4×4 Winch & Recovery Training
Winching & Recovery Techniques for 4×4 Operators:
We can provide full winching and recovery courses up to LANTRA standards.
As 4×4 specialists we design all of our courses towards off-road winching use and techniques, covering PUWER, HSAW and LOLER regulations. Courses are tailored to the client’s needs, but can cover:
- Electric and hydraulic vehicle mounted winches
- Hand held winches
- Debogging techniques
- Off-road vehicle recovery by towing
- Jacking
- Rigging safety
- Safety of people and vehicles during recovery
Cost: From £140-£400/candidate depending on number of candidates, venue and equipment hire.
Venue: Either at your own place of work (depending on suitability) or at one of our LANTRA approved 4×4 sites.
Duration: 1 day
Certification: LANTRA certification in Winching Health & Safety.
